All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by our staff. Items listed for sale may also be available on other platforms (such as eBay) and may sell before we can confirm your order. We will contact you within 1 business day to verify availability and finalize your order.
Items are not guaranteed until your order has been confirmed by our team.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We accept payment via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, or in-person payment for local pickup orders. Card payments are processed securely by Square; we never store your card details.
4. Shipping
Items typically ship within 2 business days of order confirmation. Our regular shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Shipping rates are calculated via UPS Ground based on your destination address. Local pickup is available at our facility.
5. Returns & Refunds
Most items sold are used or refurbished electronics. Please review the listing description and condition carefully before purchasing. If you receive an item that does not match its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return or refund.

Used and refurbished items are sold as-is unless otherwise stated. Condition descriptions reflect our best assessment at the time of listing.
