How It Works

1. Submit Request

Fill out the pickup form with as many details as possible and choose your preferred pickup time.

2. We Confirm

Our team will reach out if more details are needed and confirm the pickup appointment with you.

3. You Confirm

You'll receive a link to manage the appointment and must confirm the final pickup time.

4. We Pick Up

Our team arrives at the scheduled time to pick up your items.

Fees may apply. Standard pickup fee is $75 within Colorado Springs plus fees per items by weight. Additional fees may apply for locations over 10 miles from our warehouse and locations outside Colorado Springs. Fees may be waived if you are recycling computers.

Residential Customers: We weigh items on site.
Customer must be present at time of pickup to pay with card or cash.
Business customers may be invoiced.

By submitting this pickup request, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You understand that there may be a pickup fee of $75 or more (we will clarify if needed after submitting).

You agree to pay all associated weight-based item fees as listed in our fee schedule or standard residential rates.

Residential customers must be on site at the time of pickup to complete payment. We accept cash or card (card preferred). If paying cash, exact change is required.

You confirm that all items are yours to dispose of.

You understand that our team will contact you to confirm pickup details and schedule.
