How It Works

1. Submit Request

Fill out the pickup form with as many details as possible and choose your preferred pickup time.

2. We Confirm

Our team will reach out if more details are needed and confirm the pickup appointment with you.

3. You Confirm

You'll receive a link to manage the appointment and must confirm the final pickup time.

4. We Pick Up

Our team arrives at the scheduled time to pick up your items.

Pickup fee is $75 within Colorado Springs. Additional fees may apply for locations over 10 miles from our warehouse and locations outside Colorado Springs.

We'll send you a confirmation email once your request is processed.
